  3. Upon approval and payment received, you will be contacted via email with your site login and a link to log in.

*For Voting Member Status a minimum of 15 years experience researching Real Estate Titles in any New England State is required.

Membership becomes active when application is approved and payment is processed. Upon which you will receive a user name and password for access to the NETEA website.

Membership begins Jan. 1, thru Dec. 31 of each calendar year. (Discounts may be considered after Oct. 31st of each calendar year)

Application Requirements & Fees

Associate Membership: (Min. 7 years and less than 15 years experience as a Title Examiner in New England or “Other” Land Title professional): $100.00 annually.

Individual Voting Membership: (Min. 15 years experience researching Real Estate Titles in any New England State): $150.00 annually

Tier 1: 1 – 5 Employees: $ 200.00
Tier 2: 6-10 Employees: $ 250.00
Tier 3: over 10 Employees: $350.00

  • Marketing and Advertising exposure in Trade Publications, on the Internet and at Conferences.

Associate Member

Available to all title industry or Real Estate professionals h who do not qualify for Voting Membership status, but who desire to stay connected in a local industry association.

Associate Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years and less than 15 years experience as a Title Examiner in New England or “Other” Land Title professional

Associate Membership Fee:

$100.00 from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 per calendar year.
